Delivery and Order Fulfillment Policy
1. Order Preparation
All orders are prepared within 1-2 business days from the time the order is received.
If there is any delay, the customer will be notified via email or SMS.
2. Delivery Within Saudi Arabia
Orders are shipped through approved local shipping companies.
Delivery time within major cities in Saudi Arabia ranges from 4 to 7 business days.
Remote areas may take longer, ranging from 6 to 9 business days.
Shipping fees vary depending on location and weight and will be clearly stated at checkout.
3. International Shipping
International shipments are sent via international courier companies.
Delivery time for international shipments ranges from 7 to 21 business days, depending on the destination country.
Customers are responsible for international shipping fees and any customs duties (if applicable).
Customers will be provided with a tracking number to monitor the shipment status.
4. Order Tracking
Once the order is shipped, customers will receive a tracking number to follow the real-time status of their order.
5. Delays
In case of delays caused by bad weather, official holidays, or customs procedures, we apologize for any inconvenience and will notify the customer immediately.
6. Return and Exchange Policy
Customers can request returns or exchanges within 3 days of receiving their order, provided the products are unused and in their original condition, complying with the return conditions.
سياسة التوصيل وتنفيذ الطلبات
1. تجهيز الطلب
جميع الطلبات تُجهز خلال 1-2 يوم عمل من استلام الطلب.
في حال وجود أي تأخير، سيتم إعلام العميل عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو الرسائل النصية.
2. التوصيل داخل السعودية
يتم شحن الطلبات عبر شركات شحن محلية معتمدة.
مدة التوصيل داخل المدن الرئيسية في السعودية تتراوح بين 4-7 أيام عمل.
المناطق النائية قد تستغرق مدة أطول تصل إلى 6-9 أيام عمل.
رسوم التوصيل تختلف حسب الموقع والوزن، ويتم توضيحها عند إتمام الطلب.
3. التوصيل الدولي
يتم الشحن دوليًا عبر شركات شحن دولية
مدة التوصيل الدولي تتراوح بين 7-21 يوم عمل حسب الدولة وجهة الشحن.
يتحمل العميل رسوم الشحن الدولي والرسوم الجمركية (إن وجدت).
يتم إعلام العميل برقم تتبع الشحنة لتتبع حالة الطلب.
4. تتبع الطلب
بعد شحن الطلب، يتم تزويد العميل برقم تتبع لمتابعة حالة الطلب في الوقت الحقيقي.
5. حالات التأخير
في حال حدوث تأخير بسبب الطقس السيء، عطلات رسمية، أو إجراءات الجمارك، نعتذر عن أي إزعاج، ويتم إعلام العميل فور حدوث التأخير.
6. سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال
يمكن للعميل طلب الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال خلال 3 أيام من استلام الطلب، مع الالتزام بشروط الاسترجاع (يجب أن تكون المنتجات غير مستخدمة وبحالتها الأصلية).
