Return and Exchange Policy

Welcome to Earth Woven store. We always strive to provide you with the best shopping experience and ensure that our return and exchange policy is clear and compliant with the regulations of the Saudi Ministry of Commerce and the Consumer Protection Authority.


1. General Conditions

Customers have the right to request a refund within 3 days from the date of receiving the order.


Customers can request an exchange within 7 days from the date of receiving the order.


The product must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.


The following products are not eligible for return or exchange:


Final sale discounted products.


Gift cards and vouchers.

Kindly provide:


Your order number.


The reason for the return or exchange.


Photos of the product if there is any defect or mistake.


We will review your request within 1-2 business days and provide you with instructions on how to return the product.


3. Return and Exchange Fees

Within Saudi Arabia:

A service fee of 25 will be deducted for each return or exchange transaction.


Original shipping fees and cash-on-delivery fees are non-refundable.


For exchanges, an additional shipping fee of 23 applies.


International Shipping and Returns:

Customers are responsible for all international shipping costs and customs duties.


In case of a defect or error by the store, customers will be compensated for the product value only after receiving the product from the customer.


4. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method within 7-14 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.


For cash-on-delivery payments, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit voucher.


Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is on the store’s part.


5. Important Notes

Opened, used, or damaged products are not accepted for return.


In promotional offers, the entire promotional offer must be returned to be eligible for a refund.


The store reserves the right to reject any return or exchange request that does not comply with these conditions.


6. Compliance with Saudi Regulations

This policy complies with the Saudi E-Commerce Regulations and Consumer Rights. In case of any conflict, the official regulations shall prevail.
